To support the Egypt/NE Commercial Director and work with Customers (as directed) to prepare "In-market" sales forecasts and support the inventory and supply plan development.
•
Consolidating the demand forecast by the distributor to support the S&OP process.
•
Coordinate acquisition of distributor purchase orders to align with forecasts and inventory plans.
•
Prepare EMO forecasts for selected EMOs and or coordinate with Singapore-based MENA SC manager/Group Supply Planner
•
Receive and enter sales orders based on distributor Purchase orders.
•
Create purchase orders to EMO for selected EMOs or coordinate the creation of purchase orders with a Singapore-based Supply planner.
•
Create, prepare & execute material procurement on behalf of local EMO based on sales forecast
•
Manage ongoing 3rd party warehouse relationship, drive inventory management plan that meets customer requirement and company's financial objectives on inventory levels, turns while minimizing stock obsolescence
•
Coordinate the delivery of products from EMO to distributor
•
Provide all shipping and delivery documents, including commercial and tax invoices.
•
Support resolution of commercial and shipping documentation to the region and the logistics services through the agreed providers.
•
Support NPI projects and be the main point of contact for Supply Chain.
•
Support/execute business and operations improvement projects
