The Supply Chain Manager at SRV will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain operations. This role involves managing procurement, inventory, and logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services. Will collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize supply chain processes. A focus on cost management, quality control, and process improvement will be key.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage and oversee all aspects of the supply chain process, ensuring timely procurement and delivery of materials and services.
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure optimal supply chain performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper storage and handling of materials, minimizing waste and maximizing cost-efficiency.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, securing favorable terms and pricing.
- Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in the handling and storage of materials.
- Coordinate the flow of goods, materials, and equipment to ensure seamless operations at the facility.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.
- Lead the planning and forecasting of supply needs, ensuring alignment with facility management requirements.
- Implement best practices in supply chain management to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (8+ years) in supply chain management or logistics, preferably within facility management or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and inventory management.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations related to supply chain management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Working hours: 9:00 to 5:00
- Days off: Friday and Saturday
