We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled procurement specialist who is responsible for day-to-day procurement operations that align with organizational goals and operational requirements. They conduct thorough market research, evaluate suppliers, negotiate terms, manage purchasing and order management, optimize inventory, conduct vendor performance evaluations, monitor procurement budgets, and identify cost savings opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential suppliers, evaluate their offerings, and ensure competitive pricing and quality.
- Manage the purchasing and order management process to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, supplier contracts, and performance evaluations.
- Regularly conduct vendor performance evaluations to ensure compliance with contracts, quality standards, and delivery commitments.
- Standardize purchasing procedures from requisition to order fulfilment to ensure efficiency and consistency.
- Identify and assess potential suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability criteria.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in procurement, supplier management, and contract negotiations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess supplier offerings, evaluate cost-effectiveness, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards in procurement and supplier management.
- Familiarity with procurement software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and other relevant tools is beneficial.
