About the Role:
As a CBRE Procurement Coordinator, you will assist with onboarding new vendors and ensuring the vendor master data is kept up to date
This job is part of the Procurement function. They are responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods, services and raw materials from vendors/suppliers.

As a CBRE Procurement Coordinator, you will assist with onboarding new vendors and ensuring the vendor master data is kept up to date
This job is part of the Procurement function. They are responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods, services and raw materials from vendors/suppliers.
What you'll do:
- Facilitates onboarding of suppliers
- Maintains and updates accurately the procurement records like list of suppliers in the global supplier database
- Monitors suppliers' compliances like attestation and vendor induction
- Initiates the send out of the supplier performance surveys through Zycus
- Collaborate with team members in request for proposal process; to ensure all required inputs are collected.
- Source suppliers to get pricing and assists in preparing cost comparison on RFQs/RFPs conducted
- Track contract agreements and ensure that all documents are properly executed. Track expiring contracts, renewals and terminations.
- Impact own team and other teams whose work activities are closely related.
- Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team.
- Support Regional Sourcing Leader in administrative activities
- Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's Degree of any related field.
- Good communication skills
- Knowledgeable on procurement processes with at least 2 years of job-related experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc)
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
- Demonstrates ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently.
- Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts and markups.
