Our client, a leading player in the FMCG sector, is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Dublin.
As a Procurement Coordinator, you will be support the wider team to ensure the timely and cost-effective sourcing of raw materials, packaging, and other essential supplies. You will work closely with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and supply chain teams to maintain seamless procurement processes.

As a Procurement Coordinator, you will be support the wider team to ensure the timely and cost-effective sourcing of raw materials, packaging, and other essential supplies. You will work closely with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and supply chain teams to maintain seamless procurement processes.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Process purchase orders and maintain procurement records in line with company policies.
- Assist in supplier management, including onboarding, communication, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services by coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Track and report on procurement metrics, including cost savings and supplier performance.
- Manage invoice processing and resolve any discrepancies in procurement documentation.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical sourcing practices.
- Work closely with the finance team to support budget tracking and reporting.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date procurement databases and systems.
Key Requirements:
- 2+ years in supply chain or purchasing, preferably within an FMCG environment.
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is desirable.
- Experience using ERP systems for procurement activities is an advantage.
