About The Role
As the NSW Logistics Manager you oversee the safe receipt, storage and dispatch of our Products, while engaging and inspiring a team of Distribution Centre employees to exceed expectations, ensuring they deliver a remarkable customer experience each and every time.
What You'll Do
Based at our Casula (Crossroads) office, there is no typical day as our customers are your priority and their needs vary, however you thrive on exceeding their expectations. You will ensure that labour requirements are forecasted and planned, transport capabilities meet needs, and stock movements both inbound and outbound are controlled in a cost effective and efficient manner within budget expectations, aligning to our operational standards. Your priority is time management, driving the Distribution Centre team making sure every product gets to its destination at the agreed day and time, in perfect condition.

Who You Are
- You are a confident and pro-active Logistics Manager, with strong experience leading a Warehouse/Distribution Centre team
- It is an essential requirement that you have experience working with SAP (WHS model)
- This is an independent role, reporting directly to the Head of Logistics, and you should be someone with the drive and ambition to progress within our business.
- Customer focused -You understand and empathise with people and can apply your people and problem solving skills to reassuring customers.
- Leader - You have a vision and a purpose, and you can inspire and influence others to not only share it, but apply their abilities to achieving it.
- Courage - you provide positive support to allow individuals to improve continuously and the courage to address issues impacting performance.
