Join our client, a leading name in Industrial solutions, as a Buyer on a 6-month fixed-term contract! We are looking for two enthusiastic individuals to support our dynamic procurement team. Key Responsibilities:
As a Buyer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining stock levels and managing procurement activities.

Your responsibilities will include:

Maintaining accurate inventory control data within site systems.
Ensuring timely replenishment of customer stock as needed.
🔄 Accurately processing enquiries and sales orders, ensuring appropriate margin levels and cost savings.
Raising purchase orders with established and preferred suppliers.
🚚 Expediting outstanding or overdue materials, clearly communicating any changes to customers.
Supporting the sourcing, identification, and commercial negotiation of parts and equipment.
Providing relevant data and feedback to support operational planning and key performance indicators.
Operating in accordance with Health & Safety policies and reporting non-compliance instances.
Contributing to the efficiency of site operations by identifying opportunities for improvement.

Who We're Looking For:
We're seeking individuals who are passionate about procurement and vendor management. Ideal candidates will have:

Strong procurement and purchasing skills.
Administration experience
Strong communication skills
Excellent vendor management abilities.
A proactive approach to problem-solving.
A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.

What We Offer:

Salary: €33,000 - €38,000 per annum.
Contract Type: Permanent (6-month FTC).
Working Pattern: Full Time, Mon- Fri
