Working in a fast-paced and collaborative procurement team, this role will take the lead on procurement activities related to raw materials and goods. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role - ideal for someone who enjoys working cross-functionally and wants to make a real commercial impact.

Working in a fast-paced and collaborative procurement team, this role will take the lead on procurement activities related to raw materials and goods. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role - ideal for someone who enjoys working cross-functionally and wants to make a real commercial impact.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Leading the full procurement lifecycle - from supplier sourcing and selection to contract negotiation and ongoing relationship management.
- Developing and executing procurement strategies for raw materials and indirect goods, ensuring best-in-class value and supply continuity.
- Working closely with departments such as Finance, Operations, Product Development, and Supply Chain to align procurement with broader business goals.
- Managing tender processes, service-level agreements, and performance metrics.
- Staying on top of market trends and commodity movements to anticipate risks and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Overseeing procurement reporting and maintaining up-to-date pricing structures and supplier documentation.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in procurement, with a focus on raw materials or direct spend
- Strong understanding of global sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, chemicals, or industrial environment beneficial.
- Proficient in procurement systems and tools (SAP, Oracle, Coupa, etc.)
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
