Northrop Grumman Australia provides the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) with through-life support for its fleet of KC30-A Multi-role Tanker Transport (MRTT) aircraft-a derivative of the Airbus A330-200. The platform is a trusted and proven asset and the program is continually growing in capability and expertise.

As a Defence security clearance is required for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) are applicable, as such your nationality may be a factor in determining your suitability for this role. You will also need to satisfy police checks and employment screening verification.

Your Role
- Conducting, coordinating and executing activities associated with the procurement of KC-30A items of supply to meet program outcomes.
- Purchase Order (PO), Repair Order (RO) Lifecycle Management
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory, contractual and organisational requirements.
- A key output is the making sure that POs/ROs are raised and managed in accordance with policies, procedures and agreed timeframe expectations, and that the process is managed and tracked
- You will be a strong team player, with the ability to work autonomously or as part of a larger group, with a demonstrated ability to always liaise professionally, with both the customer and internal stakeholders.
- Experience in inventory management and Supplier Contract Management is essential
- Experience in Procurement for Aircraft maintenance would be advantageous but not essential
- Tertiary qualifications in Business or Supply chain are desirable but not essential
