Executes procurement strategies for assigned components (goods / services), to ensure that quality, cost effective products are delivered in a timely manner
Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Management of Purchase Orders:
• Review Purchase Requisitions and place Purchase Orders, ensuring compliance with regional and global processes.
• Maintain clear communication with requestors to ensure accurate requirements and manage deadlines.
• Manage Purchase Price Variance through negotiation, supplier agreements, and review of historical purchases.
• Oversee open Purchase Orders through to completion and communicate status with requisitioners.
• Resolve supplier payment issues in collaboration with the Finance Department.
Management of Suppliers:
• Establish and manage supplier contracts in collaboration with regional and global Category Managers.
• Conduct supplier market studies to identify strategic opportunities to reduce costs or lead times.
• Negotiate with suppliers and collaborate with the global supply chain organization to reduce prices.
• Take ownership of Supplier Quality and On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance, working with suppliers on improvement plans.
• Manage the supplier qualification process in collaboration with QHSES.
Processes:
• Understand and apply regional and global procurement processes and standards.
• Understand the service and Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) activities of a Service Base.
• Follow procedures for QHSE and participate in improvement initiatives.
• Propose alternative approaches where value can be added.

You are meant for this job if:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering
- 3+ years of sourcing and procurement experience in Middle East Oil and Gas Sector.
- Negotiation skills
- Must have SAP and MS office
- Negotiation skills
