Description
The Supply Chain Manager (Property) will drive innovation and optimise the Property Claims Supply Chain, focusing on enhancing the customer/client experience while reducing the average cost per claim.
This is a unique opportunity to join Innovation Group, take ownership of the supply chain, and have accountability for its future direction.
Success in this role relies on your ability to build and nurture strong relationships with a diverse stakeholder network, including working collaboratively with internal teams and external third-party suppliers. You will foster a culture of innovation by designing, implementing, and delivering a market-leading Claims Supply Chain strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborating with accountable business owners/key stakeholders/networks to ensure strategic alignment between the organisation and the supplier base, establishing shared objectives and defining a clear roadmap.
Drive demonstrable costs savings and commercialisation of relationships where appropriate through efficient management of supplier agreements across Subsidence, Loss Adjusting TPA, plus general company overheads.
Organising and managing supplier meetings in line with the supplier framework, including setting agendas, chairing discussions, recording minutes, and ensuring timely follow-up on actions.
Identifying our current supply chain vendors and assessing contracts to identify key supplier risks, escalating concerns, and implementing actions to mitigate them effectively.
Maintaining consistency in internal governance processes across all key suppliers.
Commercial management of post award and close-out contracts, ensuring whole supply chain compliance.
Supporting commercial initiatives by providing operational & growth teams with a platform to engage effectively with the supplier chain.
Ensuring all issues and corrective actions are documented and addressed, while delivering supplier reports to inform company risk committees.
