Join our Smart Infrastructure Team as the Commercial Manager, reporting to country CFO and help us re-imagine the world by finding solutions and making the world a more inquisitive place for tomorrow.

You'll make a difference by

• Consolidate budgets, including top-down and bottom-up plans, and proceeds with revolving midterm plannings, yearly budgets, and periodic forecasts during the year.
• Ensures the compliance with the LoA guidelines for all commercial aspects.
• Ensures the accuracy of project books and records, including recording of such in the appropriate systems, e.g. SAP - ensures compliance with Siemens-FRG plus the local GAAP requirements. Ensures all related Project Reporting and Controlling activities.
• Supports the Project Manager that the financial results according to set targets are managed with due professional care and optimizes the project gross profit, cash flow and assets and financing instruments.
• Actively communicates with customer's commercial representatives and manages solving of commercial issues, including cash collection
• Together with the PM proactively setting up a contract and claim management in the project
• Supports the PM in identifying, evaluating and assessing risk and opportunities, strategies and response activities - taking over the full responsibility in this regard with respect to all commercial risks and opportunities.
• Supports Project Manager to select and involve partners / subcontractors.
• Represents the project in the relevant decision boards internally and externally.
• Leading continuous improvement projects, with a focus on increasing transparency, efficiency, and maintaining the level of assurance.
• Provides regular business reports for complete Business Unit, with respect to overall performance, and recommends actions to accountable management.
• Carries out ad-hoc analyses and profitability calculations.
• Contributes to conceptual and project work related to controlling.
• May perform evaluations of assets and liabilities and manages inventory measures on a regular term.

• You have a deep understanding of internal controls, financial accounting, along with strong intellectual and analytical skills.
• You have excellent written and communication skills, with a high attention to detail, and a proven ability to prepare and present information to all levels of the Organization.
• You have demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments, achieve deadlines and deliver quality results within a team environment.
• You have a strong focus on efficiency and process improvement.
• You have a proven ability to build strong partnerships with teammates, key stakeholders, and business and functional experts and influence decision outcomes.

Required skills to have for the success of this role:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in accounting / controlling / CPM.
• Fluent in English (read, write, speak, understand, teach)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CIA) is an asset.
• Understanding the importance of deadlines
• Experience working in global environment is a plus.
• You have proper knowledge of MS Office 365, SAP
