Purpose of the role:
To lead and pro-actively drive the merchandising strategy for the Pretty Green brand.
Main duties and responsibilities:

Purpose of the role:
To lead and pro-actively drive the merchandising strategy for the Pretty Green brand.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Put together analysis and reports for trade meetings, sign offs, and management meetings
- Manage intake and stock into the business to ensure we hit revenue and stock targets
- Create seasonal range plans and work with the Buyer to select new season ranges looking at sales history and trends
- Accurately maintain seasonal line detail, delivery and margin information
- Produce line sheets and CAD books for Wholesale selling team ahead of quarterly selling windows
- Manage weekly trading plan and work closely with Marketing and Content team to produce email and social plans to maximise sales
- Support on ad-hoc projects
- Work collaboratively with all departments, influencing on key decisions to deliver the commercial direction of the company
- Collate and raise all wholesale orders for each quarter and ensure delivery of stock into customers on time
- Report delivery status to the business as required and work with buying and logistics to speed up shipments if necessary
- Support the production team with price negotiations, buy quantities and in stock dates
- Produce seasonal performance reports
- Propose markdowns, promotional activities, and manage price adjustments to optimise stock clearance
- Assist in putting together company budgets and top-line forecasts
- Previous experience at Junior Merchandiser or Senior Assistant Merchandiser level
- Experience in Fashion Merchandising
- Excellent administrative skills gained in a similar office environment
- Excellent IT skills (MS Office, Excel, Retail analysis systems)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with excellent level of accuracy
- Good organisational and planning skills and ability to work to tight deadlines
- Highly numerate and analytical.

- Confident dealing with queries at all levels
- Understanding of confidential/sensitive issues and data
- Able to work as part of a team
- Good at building professional relationships at all levels
