Master-Works is looking for a knowledgeable and proactive Procurement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, from sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. Your expertise will contribute to cost savings and the overall efficiency of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, evaluate, and source suppliers for materials, goods, and services.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve the best possible outcomes for the company.
  • Manage the procurement cycle, ensuring timely purchase orders, deliveries, and invoices.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues that arise, maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders and supplier contracts.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.
  • Analyze market trends and supplier offerings to make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and requirements.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
