Job Description
We're recruiting a 'Logistics Manager (Export)' for one of our clients based in Dubai, UAE.

About Our Client:

Key Responsibilities:

To Look over the dispatch of Cement and Clinker by Road and by Sea
Over all in-charge of all shipping activities both in bulk shipments and container shipments
To manage the various divisions of the business that include shipping, land transport, air freight contract logistics and warehousing
To arrange container and road logistics for the Company and distributor in the GCC, Indian sub- continent, Middle East and Africa
To work closely with shipping lines, freight forwarding and NVOCC professionals
To Liaise closely with Shipping Lines, suppliers, and port authority Training Sharing & Knowledge on vessel schedules
To evaluate ships comparing freight and hire rates. Checking Charter-parties
To Communicate with owners, charterers, co-brokers advising them on various pros & cons to make a successful fixture
To Preparing distribution plans for smooth movement
To Co-ordinate with production, materials, trading departments to chalk out logistics plan for shipments
Control the weighbridge operations, planning for road transport for the materials from factory to the port and to other distribution centers, terminals
