We're looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join our team and focus on high-level inventory and stock optimisation across all product categories.
This role is not focused on day-to-day SKU management; it's about leveraging data to proactively identify stock risks and facilitate improved decision-making across trading, merchandising, and operations. You will collaborate closely with key teams to ensure product availability, safeguard margins, and alleviate operational pressure.

You will collaborate closely with key teams to ensure product availability, safeguard margins, and alleviate operational pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse stock data at a category level to identify overstock, understock, and ageing stock that could affect margin or warehouse space.
- Monitor inbound stock volumes and highlight risks around warehouse capacity, supplier delays, or overlapping deliveries.
- Use trading plans, promotional calendars, and historical data to forecast demand and support stock planning.
- Identify slow-moving or excess inventory and propose actions to reduce financial exposure.
- Collaborate with commercial, merchandising and operations teams to align inbound supply with warehouse and sales forecasts.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, and SQL to provide visibility into stock health and supply risk.
- Deliver clear, data-led insights to help the business balance availability, cost, and operational efficiency.

- Experience in supply chain, inventory, or commercial analysis, ideally in retail or e-commerce.
- Strong technical skills in Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
- Clear understanding of the end-to-end supply chain and its impact on commercial and operational performance.
- Able to interpret large datasets and turn them into meaningful insights.
- Confident communicator who works well with multiple teams and can present analysis clearly and concisely.
