Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing shipments, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring smooth supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transport companies.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods while optimizing costs.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and deliveries.
• Handle import/export documentation and customs clearance procedures.
• Track shipments and address any delays or issues.
• Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure proper stock management.
• Ensure compliance with UAE logistics and transportation regulations.
• Prepare logistics reports and analyze performance metrics.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator, Supply Chain Officer, or similar role.

Strong knowledge of shipping, transportation, and warehousing operations.

Familiarity with freight forwarding, customs regulations, and import/export procedures.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and logistics software.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
