Export Coordination
  • Manage and coordinate all logistics activities related to the export of fruits and vegetables from farm or factory to destination.
  • Ensure goods are handled according to cold chain requirements and export standards.

Documentation and Regulatory Compliance
  • Prepare, verify, and submit export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, phytosanitary certificates, and bills of lading.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and destination country import requirements.
  • Communicate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and inspection bodies to facilitate smooth export clearance.

Transport and Freight Management
  • Coordinate with shipping lines and air freight carriers for booking, scheduling, and managing shipments.
  • Monitor shipments throughout the logistics chain and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
  • Resolve any transportation or customs-related issues that may cause delays or affect product quality.

Client and Stakeholder Communication
  • Serve as a point of contact for logistics-related inquiries from international customers, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Provide shipment updates and documentation to clients as required.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal departments to ensure alignment on shipping timelines and priorities.

Reporting and Record Maintenance
  • Maintain accurate records of all shipments and export transactions.
  • Prepare periodic reports on logistics performance, freight costs, and shipping schedules.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in export procedures and logistics efficiency.

Requirements

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in export logistics.

Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong knowledge of Incoterms, international shipping procedures, and export documentation.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Language:
  • Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

Working Conditions:
  • Office-based role.

  • Fast-paced environment requiring a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
