Key Responsibilities:
- Source and procure electrical and instrumentation equipment and materials for cross-country pipeline projects in the oil and gas industry.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors specializing in E&I products.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to meet project schedules.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand procurement requirements.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and identify new suppliers.
- Manage procurement documentation, including purchase orders, contracts, and invoices.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, project specifications, and industry standards.
- Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and forecasts.
- Competitive salary (SAR 5,000 - SAR 6,000 per month) based on experience and qualifications.

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in procurement within the EPC industry, specifically in the oil and gas sector.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation equipment and materials used in pipeline projects.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
