Responsibilities:

Channel/Customer Operational Support (50%):
  • Leads and has overall responsibility of customer relationships and overall

performance of supply chain services including collaborative forecasting,

customer demand fulfillment, demand availability management, exception

management and deployment of new logistics services to customers within the

geography.
  • Partner closely with Sales teams, acting as the supply chain operations

representative, driving short-term and long-term demand and supply

balancing to achieve financial and operations targets
  • Local demand availability management activities, providing supply visibility

to demand and availability between territories, accounts, ensuring allocation execution.
  • Operational performance of demand fulfillment activities including order

book management and delivery of goods within the assigned customers and

channels
  • Drive optimal channel inventory to maximize revenue opportunities, ensure

key customers are supported across all customer segments and mitigate risk

(excess, stranded inventory
  • Contribute to sales planning accuracy by ensuring that latest availability

information is used in sales planning related decision-making forums and

managing demand related risks with relevant supply and sales teams
  • Monitor and manage key business metrics to influence continuous

improvement and adherence to process.

Demand Planning (20%):
  • Drive demand planning efforts for products, across varying Product - Customer - Geographic grains and time horizons. This includes collaborative planning and forecasting, demand availability management and analysis, exception management, supply optimization, and balancing inventory across geographies/partners.
  • Leverage demand/supply reconciliation and sell down plans (EOL) to shape the quarter and maximise financial targets.

Execution and Performance Management (20%):
  • Support regional performance with current quarter (Sell In/Sell Thru attainment and analysis, channel inventory analysis, ending inventory and gap analysis). Ensure key demand and supply metrics are understood and actioned accordingly, including root cause investigation and leading cross-team efforts to drive necessary improvements.
  • Support Process Optimization: Lead Aged Inventory/ rework analysis and recommendation. Support STO and Reservations processes and decisions.
  • Monitor and manage key business and channel metrics to influence continuous improvement and adherence to the process. Lead root cause investigations and cross-team efforts to drive necessary improvement.

Program Support/Event Coordination (10%)
  • Lead engagement with internal stakeholders on improvement initiatives. Focusing on Cost saving and leveraging best practices across all regions and Areas.
  • Help team plan and execute programs - including team building and cultural pillar support.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Supply Chain Operations, Operations, or Product Management.
  • 4-6 years supply chain, inventory management or sales operations experience, preferably in planning (demand/supply), or channel management.
  • Experience in delivering system and process improvements across the Order to Cash process.
  • Proven track record for identifying and implementing new opportunities (program management) to create synergy and mitigate risk.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Cross-functional collaboration skill.
  • Data-oriented, analytical and detail oriented, yet balanced with an ability to be able to step back from the data to draw out the right business approach for conclusion.
