Description du poste

The consultant will be responsible for:

Product Guidelines and Product Evolution:
  • Develop product guidelines to drive volume submission, highlighting phase in / out plans, interacting with
  • Update New Products Launches plan information to Sales Countries (SOP / ETA Compound)
  • Share and validate guidelines with Regional Brands (commercial view)
  • Share with WW Countries and Regional Supply Chain the Product Guidelines
  • Manage versions Lock in RR

Monthly Demand analysis:
  • Analyze the monthly Demand submitted by the sales countries per region, country, channels, budget family identifying gaps
  • Check volumes consistency with launch plans, phase-out plans, mix take rates, landing limits, special commercial needs, CO2 and NRM priorities

Production Demand
  • Support the definition of production Volumes request per carline, engine, make constraints and month, based on Demand analysis, Sales forecast, Stock target, CO2, Launch plans and Specific needs
  • Support the validation of EE Production Demand with Brands Leaders at Carline/Energy level

Allocation:
  • Develop the volume allocation proposal per month/country based on Stock Norm, Orders Portfolio, ATP, CO2 targets, Launches, Commercial needs and/or other Supply Chain priorities
  • Validate the country allocation proposal with EE Brands and Regional Supply Chain and eventually re-adjust the allocation

Forecast Generation/Maintenance:
  • Define the version volumes and option/color mix in RR, considering grid take rates or actuals, solving gaps based on industrial constraints or CO2 targets
  • Check the consistencies of the forecast orders generated by FOM with the mix submitted in RR and menage deviations
Qualifications

Mastre's degree in industrial and logistics engineering with maximum 3 years of experience.

The Demand Planner has a deep expertise about Supply Chain processes and good level of knowledge among multiple "external" disciplines such as Sales process/performances, product evolution and engineering milestones, manufacturing capabilities and constraints. The cross knowledge is the enabler to apply different approaches to perform tasks which requires a "Situational" decisions approach.
