Supply Chain Manager
We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize the production and logistics of our aesthetic home-use devices. This role involves strategic planning, process optimization, and policy development to ensure efficient supply chain operations and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end supply chain for our home appliance sector, ensuring smooth and cost-effective operations.
- Manage subcontractors abroad and in Israel, ensuring quality production and timely delivery.
- Coordinate customer orders with the sales department to align supply with demand.
- Work closely with R&D, NPI, and ODM teams to support product development and manufacturing.
- Control and optimize inventory, analyzing demand and forecasting inventory levels across multiple warehouses.
- Oversee supply chain processes from product development to final production, including pricing and contractual agreements.
- Manage warehousing, inventory counts, and stock accuracy.
- Continuously improve processes and workflow to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve supply chain challenges, ensuring smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in supply chain management-mandatory.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Experience managing subcontractors (especially in China)-advantage.
- Proven experience in inventory management across multiple warehouses.
- Knowledge of product development processes and production workflows.
- Experience in setting up production lines.
- Understanding of import/export regulations and logistics.
- Willingness to travel abroad occasionally.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with SAP-advantage.
